Account access
Use the email associated with your Sling account. If you cannot sign in, use the official recovery process rather than repeatedly guessing credentials.
Plan changes
Base plans and Extras can change the channels and price of your service. Review the current offer and renewal details before making a change.
Renewals and promotions
Promotional pricing may apply for a limited period. Read the offer details to understand what happens after the promotion ends and what rate may apply afterward.
Billing questions
For charges, invoices, payment methods or subscription status, use Sling’s official account and support tools. We cannot access customer billing records.
Refund questions
We do not process refunds for Sling TV subscriptions. Subscription refund requests must be directed to Sling under its current policies and account procedures.
